The youth ministry is designed to carry out special events and activities outside of the normal Sunday school program. These activities such as praise dancing, outreach activities, fun outings, Christmas and Easter programs, and the annual youth convention will motivate and excite the youth, keeping them interested in the church and Christian life while offering them a safe environment for having fun. The youth ministry promotes fun, fellowship, spiritual development and ministry involvement.

The youth are traveling to League City, TX on July 25th for the American Baptist Convention of Texas Youth Convention. They will compete in Bible drills, memory work, Bible story telling and more. Please pray for our youth as they embark upon this journey.

Join the youth of New Light Baptist Church for a car wash fundraiser on June 30th at O'Reilly Auto Parts on WW White Rd. The money raised will go towards the youth convention trip in League City for the American Baptist Convention of Texas "Youth Convention". Please help support the youth!
